Representatives of the tourism industry from more than 60 countries took part in the 29th international exhibition TT Warsaw in Poland. The event, which has become one of the largest tourism events in Europe, was held for three days at the Ptak Warsaw Expo exhibition centre near Warsaw.
Ukraine's stand, which was presented by the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, attracted considerable attention from foreign travel agents.
"Representatives of the tourism sector from Georgia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and, of course, the host country, Poland, were most interested in the tourism potential of Ukraine, and Transcarpathia in particular. Travel agents are attracted by the possibilities of sanatorium and resort treatment in our region, hiking trails and historical and cultural attractions," said Marianna Gotra, Head of the Tourism and Resorts Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

According to Marianna Gotra, the exhibition helped to establish links with European tourism organisations and Polish travel agencies, including the Zdrowe Miasto Foundation (Poland), with whose head, Daniel Chomicki, a draft of a future memorandum of cooperation was discussed.

The Ukrainian stand in Warsaw was also visited by Natalia Soboleva, Vice President of the Association of Inbound Tour Operators of Ukraine, and Olga Oleksienko, Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Kharkiv. All the guests expressed their sincere support for Ukraine, leaving warm wishes for a speedy victory at the Transcarpathian stand.
