In January-September 2024, UAH 15 million 92 thousand 700 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region. This is 1.4% more than in the same period in 2023.
The tourist tax paid by individuals is UAH 8.5 million, and the tax paid by legal entities is UAH 6.57 million, the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration reports.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 3,045.8 thousand; the city of Uzhhorod - UAH 2,868.3 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 1,213.8 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 1,184.7 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 1,093.3 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 777.5 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 594.2 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 545.5 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 427.2 thousand; Yasinya - UAH 379.3 thousand.
