The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration reports that in January-September 2023, UAH 14 million 883 thousand 800 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 3.9 % more than in the same period in 2022.
In particular, the tourist tax paid by individuals amounted to UAH 7,468.7 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities - UAH 7,415.1 thousand.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 3546.1 thousand; city of Uzhhorod - UAH 1839.1 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 1666.4 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 1341.3 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 727.5 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 695.2 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 596.9 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 556.5 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 580.0 thousand; Solotvyno - UAH 395.9 thousand; Dovhe - UAH 510.6 thousand; Turia Remeta - UAH 376.9 thousand; Kolchyno - UAH 320.6 thousand.
