In particular, about 45 thousand tourists visited Synevyr National Nature Park, more than 9.6 thousand tourists visited the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve, 1,255 tourists visited Zacharovany Krai National Nature Park, and more than 1 thousand tourists visited Uzhansky National Nature Park.
This is 8.6% more than in the same period in 2023, according to the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration. In the first half of 2023, 52,401 tourists visited the region's national parks.
At that time, the Zacharovanyi Krai National Nature Park received 712 visitors, the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve - 9,950 tourists, the Uzhanskyi National Nature Park - 1,700, and the Synevyr National Nature Park - more than 40,000 visitors.
