In January-March 2024, UAH 4 million 72 thousand 300 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 4.1% less than in the same period in 2023.
The tourist tax paid by individuals is UAH 2,362.5 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities is UAH 1,709.8 thousand, according to the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: the city of Uzhhorod - UAH 805.0 thousand; the village of Polyana - UAH 712.4 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 378.7 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 324.4 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 246.1 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 213.7 thousand; the city of Vynohradiv - UAH 201.1 thousand; Dovhe - UAH 170.0 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 126.2 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 116.0 thousand; Pylypets - UAH 115.1 thousand; Serednye - UAH 108.0 thousand.
