The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration reports that in January-May 2023, UAH 8 million 100 thousand 800 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 2.8 % less than in the same period in 2022.
In particular, the tourist tax paid by individuals amounted to UAH 3,928.6 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities was UAH 4,172.2 thousand.
The largest amounts of tourist tax went to the budgets of local communities:
с. Polyana village - UAH 1,766.5 thousand;
м. Uzhhorod - UAH 1,119.6 thousand;
с. Baranyntsi village - UAH 1,075.0 thousand;
с. Koson village - UAH 470.2 thousand;
м. Mukachevo - UAH 457.3 thousand;
м. Vynogradiv - UAH 424.2 thousand;
м. Berehove - UAH 413.5 thousand;
с. Onokivtsi village - UAH 386.1 thousand;
с. Vyshka - UAH 257.5 thousand;
с. Turia-Remeta village - UAH 241.7 thousand.
