In January-April 2024, UAH 5 million 857 thousand of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 4.9 % less than in the same period in 2023.
The tourist tax paid by individuals is UAH 3,412.0 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities is UAH 2,445.0 thousand, according to the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: the city of Uzhhorod - UAH 1,322.7 thousand; the village of Polyana - UAH 1,035.8 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 415.0 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 404.9 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 395.0 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 348.0 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 271.2 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 202.1 thousand; Yasinya - UAH 171.2 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 162.2 thousand; Serednye - UAH 157.2 thousand.
