In January-February 2024, UAH 3 million 452 thousand 100 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 2.51% less than in the same period in 2023.
In particular: the tourist tax paid by individuals is UAH 1,969.1 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities is UAH 1,483.0 thousand, the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration informs.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Uzhhorod - UAH 706.7 thousand; Polyana village - UAH 594.8 thousand; Baranyntsi village - UAH 368.7 thousand; Mukachevo Mukachevo - UAH 299.3 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 190.7 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 156.1 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 130.6 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 126.2 thousand; Serednye - UAH 108.0 thousand; Pylypets - UAH 104.8 thousand.
