During January-October 2024, UAH 18 million 118 thousand 300 thousand of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Zakarpattia region. This is 5.5 % more than in the same period in 2023, according to the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration.
The tourist tax paid by individuals amounted to UAH 10,263.4 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities was UAH 7,854.9 thousand.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 3,680.6 thousand; the city of Uzhhorod - UAH 3,401.0 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 1,342.7 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 1,272.1 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 1,159.3 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 1,035.6 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 725.0 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 665.6 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 652.6 thousand; Pylypets - UAH 601.5 thousand; Yasinya - UAH 581.1 thousand; Dovhe - UAH 437.9 thousand; Turi Remety - UAH 336.0 thousand; Khust - UAH 336.0 thousand; and Khust - UAH 330.5 thousand; Zhdeniyevo village - UAH 277.2 thousand; Serednye village - UAH 254.7 thousand; Solotvyno - UAH 249.2 thousand; Kolchyno village - UAH 234.8 thousand; Mizhhirya village - UAH 170.5 thousand.
