In January-March 2025, UAH 5 million 489 thousand 300 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 34.81% more than in the same period in 2024.
The tourist tax paid by individuals is UAH 2.9 million, and the tax paid by legal entities is UAH 2.5 million, according to the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 1,172.3 thousand; the city of Uzhhorod - UAH 909.8 thousand; Koson - UAH 455.6 thousand; Baranyntsi - UAH 447.5 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 336.3 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 324.0 thousand; the village of Pylypets - UAH 270.5 thousand; the village of Onokivtsi - UAH 232.8 thousand; the village of Dovhe - UAH 215.3 thousand; the city of Vynohradiv - UAH 165.2 thousand.
