The participants included the head of the Association, Oleksandr Shershun, the president of the Transcarpathian Tourist Organisation, Fedir Shandor, the acting head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration's tourism department, Oleksandra Horzov, and the department's representative, Andrii Andrusiak, the head of the Transcarpathian Tourist Information Centre, Oleksandr Koval, specialists in tourism support for the region, and activists of the Chysto.de environmental initiative.

The event discussed a number of issues in the tourism industry of the region, including: deepening cooperation with museum institutions of the region and more active promotion of the Association members in the market; installation of a mini-sculpture of the Transcarpathian Guide (with the outlines of Taras Haiduk); 2024 - the year of flower tourism, so active implementation and promotion of existing and new floral locations in Transcarpathia; exploring opportunities for further training and professional development of tourism support specialists; deepening cooperation with Chysto.de on environmental education of tourists and guests of Transcarpathia

At the end of the meeting, the Transcarpathian restaurateur Mykhailo Hanichka gave the tourism specialists a tour of the Grafske Munkach brewery and introduced them to the production of craft cheese, meat products and baked goods.
