In 2024, UAH 23 million 171 thousand 400 thousand of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Zakarpattia region. This is 4.61% more than in the same period in 2023.
The tourist tax paid by individuals is UAH 12,784.2 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities is UAH 10,387.2 thousand, the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration informs.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 4,476.7 thousand; city of Uzhhorod - UAH 4,013.0 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 2,336.2 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 1,633.9 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 1,573.4 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 1,267.9 thousand; the village of Pylypets - UAH 869.8 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 810.2 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 765.6 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 665.7 thousand.
