The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration reports that in January-November 2022, UAH 18 million 936 thousand 400 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is almost 71.1 % more than in the same period in 2021.
In particular, the tourist tax paid by individuals amounted to UAH 8,778.5 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities - UAH 10,157.9 thousand.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 4,700.0 thousand; Baranyntsi village - UAH 2,927.3 thousand; city Uzhhorod - UAH 2,395.5 thousand; Koson - UAH 1,099.3 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 1,085.4 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 737.4 thousand; Pylypets - UAH 702.0 thousand; the city of Berehove - UAH 631.1 thousand; Yasinya - UAH 629.1 thousand; Turia-Remeta - UAH 629.1 thousand; m. Vynohradiv - UAH 628.7 thousand.
