Well-known bloggers Misha Katsurin and Anton Ptushkin visited our region and filmed another episode of their joint video project called "Food of Transcarpathia. The Big Guide".
In addition to the incredible landscapes of the region, the guests introduced the audience from all over the world to the colourful dishes of Transcarpathia. Baked snails in the vineyards near Berehove, real bograch in the forest, cow rumen in Klyachaniv, gombovtsi in Uzhhorod, segedynskyi in Nevytske, krumpli with spargot in Perechyn and many more delicious dishes.
