On Sunday, 24 September, the cultural and artistic event "Living Heritage" was held for the second time, presented by 11 territorial communities of our region. The event, which took place in the Uzhhorod Skansen, was joined by representatives of the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
The guests of the holiday got acquainted with artistic weaving, wickerwork, and took part in the preparation of riplyanka, bograch, rakovets stuffing, and Hutsul bryndza. The event was accompanied by folk music performed by folk groups from Transcarpathia.
The event was initiated by the Regional Organisational and Methodological Centre of Culture and supported by the Department of Culture and the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. The event raised funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
