An application for a permit to stay, reside and move in the border area can be submitted easily and quickly through the portal "Dopomoga Zakarpattya" developed by the Transcarpathian Regional Office.
To obtain permission, please follow the link https://dopomoha.carpathia.gov.ua/archives/13232 and fill in the required information.
Please note that permits for staying in the border area are issued by the officers of the Chop and Mukachevo border guard detachments. To see which of the settlements is in their area of responsibility, please use the online map of the "5-kilometre zone" at https://dopomoha.carpathia.gov.ua/prikordonna-smug
