Over 7 months, UAH 11 million 008 thousand of tourist tax was paid in Transcarpathia

The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration reports that in January-July 2024, UAH 11 million 008 thousand of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of Transcarpathian region, which is 0.2 per cent more than in the same period in 2023. In particular, the tourist tax paid by individuals amounted to UAH 6,276.1 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities amounted to UAH 4,731.9 thousand.

The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Uzhhorod - UAH 2,242.0 thousand; Polyana village - UAH 2,191.8 thousand; Koson village - UAH 779.5 thousand; Mukachevo Mukachevo - UAH 777.0 thousand; the village of Baranyntsi - UAH 728.8 thousand; the city of Beregovo - UAH 653.0 thousand; the city of Vynohradiv - UAH 453.8 thousand; Onokivtsi - UAH 379.5 thousand; Yasinya - UAH 362.6 thousand; Dovhe - UAH 346.9 thousand.
