At the initiative of the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, a promotional tour of the region for representatives of the French media took place on July 22-23.
Among the guests were the head of the Meta com agency, the editor-in-chief of the travel magazine “Ice Cream Magazine”, Pascal Falcone, and an expert in sustainable tourism, a lecturer at the University of Poitiers and the author of the magazine's column dedicated to solidarity tourism as a tool for recovery, Roseline Charpentier.
For several days, French journalists have been exploring the history, culture, and the recreational and gastronomic potential of Zakarpattia.

The purpose of our guests' visit is to promote Transcarpathia to tourists from France and the Benelux countries. Therefore, we are introducing them to the tourist attractions in various locations in the region.– she noted Marianna Gotra.
