"CARPATHIAN BUFFALO"
The Carpathian Buffalo Farm is engaged in the restoration of the Carpathian buffalo population and the production of dairy products. The farm produces mozzarella cheese from buffalo milk, offers tastings and sells dairy products: milk, sour cream, cheese, butter, kefir, and yoghurt.
The Carpathian buffalo is a friendly, intelligent and strong animal that loves communication, nature and open spaces. On this farm, buffaloes have all of this. There are 40 of them on the farm, producing about 100 litres of milk a day.
