"Fichte'nbrewery

"Fichte'nbrewery is a beer production facility in the village of Korytnyany, Uzhhorod district. It is an industrial-style mini-brewery that brews several popular varieties, including Fichten APA, Fichten Pshenychne, Fichten Porter, Fichten Weizen, and Blond Ale. Today, Korytnyany beer is represented in two dozen restaurants and pubs in Uzhhorod.

Restaurant and brewery "Ungweiser"

The Yuber brewery's speciality is serving craft beer directly from the tanks where it matures.

Another pride of the Yuber brewery is a professional bar counter installed by a Czech company that holds 97 global patents and a licence to manufacture such equipment in Central and Western Europe. It produces 7 types of beer. One of them, which has already become a business card, is Uzhhorodske Beer, a mildly hopped light, classic lager brewed with the bitter Magnum hop variety, which gives it a tart, enveloping bitterness and delicate aroma.

DOM Brewery

The product of the Uzhhorod home microbrewery DOM Brewery is as unique as the exclusive labels for each bottle of the drink. The brewery owners are constantly experimenting with flavours. At the Variske Beer 2018 festival in Mukachevo, the brewery presented 8 beers for tasting: "Abbey Dunkel Ale, Cherry Ale, Witbier, Weibbier, Strawberries Ale, Northern Columbia Ale, Pshenichka and Pshenichne.

"Grafskaya Brewery (A decent host)

Transcarpathian researchers of brewing history are convinced that the first brewery in modern Ukraine was founded in Mukachevo back in 1568. Its traditions are continued by the mini-brewery in the Grafsky Dvir (Good Host) restaurant complex. The water is Transcarpathian, spring water and treated. Grafske beer is exclusively top-fermented beer (the first and oldest method). The beer is brewed only from German hops, malt and Belgian yeast. It is not filtered or pasteurised. 4 types of beer: "White, Amber, Dark and From the Brewer.

JOHN GASPAR beer in Berehove is brewed at the modern facilities of the Carpathian Brewery, which is known for the Zip brand. The brewers adhere to traditions and produce a European-quality product, complying with the 500-year-old law on beer purity. The brewing recipe uses only barley, hops and water.

Men respect Gaspar for its rich aroma and rich taste. However, John Gaspar Velvet Dark is no less popular and a favourite drink of Transcarpathian women, thanks to its sweet caramel flavour.

Hutsul brewery "Tsypa"

Hutsul beer has a unique Carpathian flavour and is brewed in the village of Kvasy, in the Rakhiv region, using water from a local highland spring without any special treatment. The beer is also enriched with Hutsul accents, such as jaffa beans, Carpathian herbs or spruce twigs. In 2016 and 2017, the Hutsul brewery Tsypa was recognised as the best craft brewery in Ukraine by the Rate Beer Best rating. On tap, you can always taste Tsypa under the grass, Tsypa smoked, Tsypa black, and Tsypa white.
