The Polichko family's collection of grape varieties includes more than 250 types of table and technical grapes. The owners make wine in their own wine cellar, where the temperature is maintained at 14-16°C all year round for better wine infusion. During the tasting session, the hosts are happy to invite you to visit the wine cellar, where they tell fascinating stories about the technology of wine maturation and storage.
On the 1st floor, there is a tasting room where visitors are offered to taste the best Transcarpathian wines of their own production. The Polychko family's trademark is the dry wine Cabernet Sauvignon, which has a delicate pastel aroma and tart aftertaste.
