From time immemorial, the Carpathian region has been famous for its kind and sincere people, hospitality and beautiful nature.

More than one war was fought in the Carpathians, because many people wanted to own this land. So I had to hold a scythe in one hand and a weapon in the other.

The old-timers tell the following legend (tale)...

The tired soldiers walked step by step along the mountain road. He was thirsty and hungry. He wanted to rest for a minute, forget about everything, hug his family.
Suddenly I saw a mower on the lawn... And I remembered that he hadn't held a scythe in his hands for several years. And his hands remembered everything. He lowered his rifle to the grass and went to the man:

"Good man, God help you, let me mow a little, let your soul rest, let your hands rejoice in such familiar work, for what can be better than peace on earth and the ringing of a scythe in a fruitful field."
The mowing was done one by one, and my heart rejoiced at the memory of my wife, children and home.
When he returned to the edge of the clearing, his host handed him a mug of drink. The soldier took it as if it were a healing spring.
And I drank, drank, drank.........
"What is this?" he says.
