The Grafsky Dvir ("Порядочный хозяин") restaurant complex was founded in 2013 in Mukachevo and has demonstrated that Transcarpathian dishes and Ukrainian folk interior can attract not only tourists. Locals come here too! And that says it all.

In 2015, the restaurant complex launched its own mini-brewery. The brewery was started by the restaurant's owner, Mykhailo Hanichka, who is a beer lover and brews his own beer. Moreover, together with three assistants, he and his three assistants made all the necessary equipment for the brewery themselves.
Uncle Misha brings malt and hops from Germany, and yeast from France. The water is Zakarpattia, spring water and treated. The beer is not filtered or pasteurised. 4 varieties: "White, Amber, Dark and From the Brewer.
