Long Mai Cooperative
The Longa Mai Cooperative, located in the village of Nyzhne Selyshche, specialises in the production of direct-pressed juices from apples and vegetables. The hand-picked Ferkovanya apples, which have been growing in every orchard in the region since ancient times, are immediately washed and pressed to ensure that the fruit is free from fungus. Vegetables are peeled by hand and combined with apples and mechanically pressed. The finished juice is passed through a pasteuriser, where it is heated to 75 degrees and then put into a glass bottle and sealed. In this way, all vitamins and nutrients are preserved to the maximum extent possible without adding any by-products, so that everyone can benefit from the juice.
