It was the first time the brand chef came to the Carpathians and visited the village of Kvasy. During the tour, Marko visited the Tsypa brewery, watched how kombucha is made from kombucha and almost became a bokarash.

In the first part of the new issue, Marco Cervetti explores the gastronomic part of Kvasy: the Bokorash restaurant, the Hutsulato sweets shop, brews beer, and tastes ice cream made from sheep's milk and barrel-aged tinctures of local Carpathian berries.

We remind you of the Transcarpathian village of Kvasy was recently filmed by travel blogger Evgeny Sinelnikov.
