The first tasting competition for small producers, Wines of the Silver Land - 2023, took place in Zakarpattia.
The event was held in accordance with the Rules of International Competitions using a specialised tasting programme built on blockchain technology, which makes it impossible to falsify scores.
A professional jury consisting of qualified and certified Ukrainian experts evaluated 150 samples from 30 winemakers of Transcarpathia and announced the winners in the nominations:
- "Sparkling wines" - Carlo Schosch;
- Dry white wines (semi-dry) - Terroir Farm and Carlo Schosch;
- Dry rosé wines (semi-dry) - Terroir Farm;
- Dry red wines (semi-dry) - Terroir Farm and Carlo Schosch;
- Sweet Wines by Ruslan Oros;
- Audience Choice Wine - Terroir Farm.
