The Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration reports that in January-April 2023, UAH 6 million 159 thousand 500 of tourist tax was paid to the local budgets of the Transcarpathian region, which is 0.8% less than in the same period in 2022.
In particular, the tourist tax paid by individuals amounted to UAH 2,690.8 thousand, and the tax paid by legal entities - UAH 3,468.8 thousand.
The largest amounts of tourist tax were paid to the budgets of territorial communities: Polyana village - UAH 1254.8 thousand; Baranyntsi village - UAH 1045.6 thousand; the city of Uzhhorod - UAH 878.7 thousand; the city of Mukachevo - UAH 387.3 thousand; the village of Koson - UAH 360.0 thousand; the city of Vynogradiv - UAH 346.7 thousand; the village of Onokivtsi - UAH 334.2 thousand; the city of Berehove - UAH 314.1 thousand; Vyshka - UAH 191.4 thousand; Dovhe - UAH 182.3 thousand; Pylypets - UAH 152.7 thousand; Turia-Remeta - UAH 145.5 thousand.
