"A TALE OF THE CUPATIAN MOUNTAINS" - an extravaganza for children based on the play by Oleg Malynsky
Do you know where the silver meadow, surrounded by a silver forest, on a silver mountain, where the girl Verkhovynonka lives, is located?
Do you know how a fairy tale is born?
A storyteller has been travelling in the high mountains for hundreds of years and collects unusual stories. When he hears an interesting story, he immediately takes his fairy-tale characters - wise and foolish, good and evil, happy and unlucky, beautiful and ugly - and hides them in his stable, and, like real treasures, carries them across mountains and valleys, green meadows and the banks of stormy rivers...
"And among the lush grasses, word of mouth,
From great-grandfather to grandfather, this ancient story has come down to us. It was composed by people in distant times,
about what happened in the ages forgotten..."
The performance is created for children, but we recommend it for adult viewers as well!
