Regional festival-competition of Kolomyika songs "My dear little singers"

A Kolomiyka for all tastes will sound in Kolochava
The village of Kolochava, located in the upper reaches of the Tereshlya River, is recognised as one of Ukraine's most picturesque villages. It is known both for its "Old Village" museum and its rich folklore heritage. The kolomyika shines like a golden bead within it. It accompanies the locals at weddings, family celebrations, and simply during leisure time. Its

This Sunday, 15 June 2025, the kolomyika will enter the all-Transcarpathian space: Kolochava will host the regional festival-competition of kolomyika "My Dear Little Songs". The celebration, organised by the Municipal Institution "Regional Organisational and Methodical Centre of Culture" of the Transcarpathian Regional Council with the support of the Kolochava Village Council
Soon, you'll be able to enjoy kolomyiky performed by amateur groups and individual artists from all corners of Zakarpattia. The kolomyiky will cater to every taste.
One of the important items on the agenda will be delicious Kolochava riplyanka. It is this dish that the community proposes to include in the National Registry of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Anyone who wishes can enjoy ripples for a donation. The funds raised will be transferred to the needs of the military from the village of Kolochava.
Also provided are:
– fairs of folk art masters' crafts;
– pottery masterclasses, making motanka dolls, and goats;
– a variety of entertainment for children.
