II National Tourism Summit

II National Tourism Summit

On 17-18 May in Lviv, we are gathering friends, colleagues, partners and like-minded people for a big event that will become a platform for discussing topical issues and challenges facing the Ukrainian tourism industry.
This year's 5 panel discussions will feature 30 international and domestic speakers.
Reputable foreign experts have responded to the call and are ready to share their experience and expertise with representatives of Ukrainian tourism.
We have confirmation that the city of Lviv will be visited for the II National Tourism Summit:
Julia Simpson, President of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC)
Ujhelyi István dr., Member of the European Parliament,
Markus LUTHE, President of Hotel Stars Union,
Together with representatives of ministries, MPs, heads of specialised departments of city councils and regional state administrations, and leading experts of the Ukrainian tourism industry, the foreign guests will discuss Ukraine's integration into the European tourism space and the role of analytics in the development of tourist destinations.
We will write more about our speakers and discussion panels on the State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine page.
Participants will have the opportunity not only to share experiences and establish new partnerships, but also to discuss innovative approaches to destination management and learn about global practices for creating a barrier-free tourist space.
Due to the need to comply with security regulations, guests will be informed of the location of the summit in person after registration.
The event will be broadcast on the official Facebook page of DART.
Media accreditation is required: press@tourism.gov.ua
Partners: Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, Lviv Regional State Administration, UHRA - Ukrainian Hotel & Resort Association.
