Exhibition by Ivan Bondarenko
On 8 October, at 15:00, the Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life (Uzhhorod, Kapitulna st., 33a) will open an exhibition of Ukrainian artist Ivan Bondarenko.
Ivan Bondarenko (born in 1939) is a member of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine, a member of the Association of Professional Artists of Transcarpathia. After graduating from school, he worked as a labourer at a collective farm. Since 1960 - the head of the village club, the head of amateur art. In 1953, he entered the Vinnytsia Institute, Faculty of Mathematics. From 1964 to 1969 he studied at the Lviv Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Architecture. After graduating, he worked as an architect, chief project architect, and workshop manager. From 1989 to 2012, he was the director of the Zakarpatdipromisto design institute. He is the author of various architectural projects in Uzhhorod, Mukachevo, and other settlements of Transcarpathia.
