A few tens of kilometres from the caves of the Uholsky massif is the Cherlenyi Kamen cave system, which has a completely different origin and structure. The system is located in the north-eastern direction from the village of Neresnytsia in Tyachiv district. The caves of the Cherlenyi Kamen tract are represented by four large multi-storey cavities with a total length of 200 to 700 m, a depth of 24 to 56 m and several small ones with a length of 5 to 25 m. The Siphon Cave is the deepest in the Cherlenyi Kamen tract, with a depth of 59 metres. In addition to Tyachiv district, Perechyn district is known for several small tectonic caves located on the Synatorium ridge at an altitude of about 500 m, as well as the Cave on Polonyna Runa mountain (1497 m). In the Velykyi Bereznyi district, natural cavities are located near the village of Lubnya, the largest of which is the 138 m long Rolling Stones Cave.

In Uzhhorod district, north of Hlyboke village, there are several mines formed as a result of iron ore mining for the Antalovets foundry in the 1930s.

The caves vary in length - from a few to 240 metres.
